All power delivery and data wiring comes from above. The raised flooring is purely an air plenum, and the building, already on high ground, could tolerate about 10 to 12 inches of standing water without affecting power delivery or cooling in any way. The electrical service is also overhead, and the generator is mounted 12 feet off of the ground.
